Hello, I’m Abby, a fully qualified professional Integrative therapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer in-person sessions from my private practice in Kemsing and also online, via Zoom.
Whether you are looking for short-term solution-focussed sessions, or longer-term therapy, I am able to draw upon a range of therapeutic approaches to assist you in navigating life’s challenges and working towards greater well-being.
I offer a FREE 15 minute introductory consultation where we connect and discuss how we may work together. If after this call we feel we are able to work together, an introductory session can be arranged. Individual counselling sessions last 50 minutes and cost £60.00.

Everybody is unique, and the number of sessions you require depends on your specific needs and goals. We will discuss this during our initial conversation.
It is standard practice to meet weekly or biweekly as regular sessions are more effective. We can discuss this further during our initial conversation.
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Confidentiality is very important in the therapeutic relationship. Everything you discuss with me during our sessions is confidential. There are only two exceptions to this where I am obliged to break confidentiality: if you disclose involvement in or knowledge of criminal activities or if there is a safeguarding issue - if you or any adult or child related to you could potentially be under threat of harm or abuse.
Thank you for considering Kingfisher Counselling and Psychotherapy. Please do get in touch if you would like to arrange an introductory call.
